Much like the label, this wine is meant to evoke a feeling of happiness. Misono Vineyard's Niagara are very interesting, the vines are over 50 years old and the wines have extended maceration time. The Orange Wine Niagara is macerated for 19 days, resulting in a darker and richer color. Variety 100%

The 2022 vintage was the hottest summer in Kaoso (Ueda City) in five years since 2018

The wine was then transferred to old oak barrels for 7 months of aging before finally being assembled and bottled

The Kerner and Semillon were left in skin contact with whole bunches for about two weeks
