Having the pH1 barrel live with us for several years was such an incredible honor. Being able to use 3F lambic as a blending tool has also been such an incredible honor. When it was time to pass the pH1 barrel to our friend John Laffler at Off Color in Chicago, we racked the beer in the pH1
