Mission Hill Reserve ShirazThis wine is a deep purple colour, and rich with intense aromas of toasty oak, white pepper, plum, and red berries. The palate is full with medium acidity, ripe tannins, and juicy flavours of blueberry, plum, blackberry and lots of chocolate, coffee and vanillin oak. The Reserve Shiraz has been aged in American and French oak for 16 months.

and is aged in a combination of new American oak (20%) and 2 year old French oak (80%)
and named it after the friendly Australian in Banjo Paterson's famous poem
This premium vodka is beautifully smooth and well balanced: perfect in a martini
On the palate you will find hints of pink grapefruit
and coriander from Morocco among others
The idea was to create a smooth spirit without the need for salt or lime
crème br√ªlée
angelica root and licorice
with light citrus and malt aromas
but best enjoyed as a shot
