Pneumatic pressing, aged on lees in oak barrels. 20% new barrels. Bottled after 9 to 12 months. The estate's "historic" vintage, it was the first to be bottled in the early 80s. A very rich and full bodied wine, very complex. This half hectare parcel of 40 year old vines also sits to the northeast of the village

wafting up with mineral-drenched orchard fruit and hints of sage and fennel

Aged in large casks for 24 months

rich but pure expression of chardonnay grown on the warm South facing slope of Bouzy

making it a stunning addition to any table setting
