The print is titled "An Afternoon Costume by Madame Jenny" and is attributed to Coles Phillips. It depicts a beautiful woman dressed in a striking and dramatic blue dress and hat along with her large white dog. The print is in good condition with some spotting throughout due to age, as well as some faint pink spots in the upper left
