HL Leonard Bamboo Salmon Rod 15' 3/3/2An HL Leonard two handed bamboo fly rod, 15', 3 piece, with 2 mids and 3 tips. The rod weighs 26. 1 ounces on my scale. Refinished some time in the late 1950's or 1960's at Leonard. One mid section is 2" short. And one tip has the tip top rotated two flats off the wrap flat (this is fixable). The rod is typical of rods dating to the 1890's where use on remote salmon rivers necessitated spare parts, hence the three tips and two mids. This rod was owned

The rod includes a replacement bag and an aluminum tube with a partial Orvis label

Comes in the original Bogdan suede bag with the original tag still on it
