Joe Saracione SCA Fly Reel 2 5/8"For sale here is a early and rarely seen Saracione SCA (Saracione Classic American) 2 5 8" diameter bench made reel. Left hand retrieve! Gorgeous S handle, black anodized aluminum sideplates, unique removable spool system. These reels were made from 1985 1988 and are super hard to find in great condition like the two I have for sale. Spool width is 0. 85". Reel foot is 2. 4". Weight is 5 1 4 oz. Reel is in used but excellent condition, cleaned

The rod is richly flamed/heat-treated

an almost endless variety of adjustments of various tensions

One tip is short by 2 1/2 inches

Early serial number #3301 dates the rod to approximately 1978 after Tom Maxwell's departure
