It converts 853. 125Gb s (PAM4) electrical inputs into 8 LWDM optical channels multiplexed within the 1310nm band (1264. 51337. 5nm) for an aggregate data rate of 400Gb s. On the receiver side, the module demultiplexes the 8 optical channels and converts them back to 8 PAM4 electrical outputs.
