Tagged an XXL and shown here on my slim large husband
I have not washed this item as I'm nervous about red color bleed

A dry cleaner may be able to make some improvement and there are other methods you can try as well
I have consulted with some other vintage sellers who also agree that this appears to be late 30s
This stunning cotton dress is in excellent condition with one noted flaw
Belt is also included
This fabric has no stretch and so while it fit me fine I don't know that I had much range of movement in my shoulders
