In my opinion best fit a 33

There are also some small holes as shown

it does zip all the way up the back of the neck

Total length 54 inches measured from the top of the neck

There is a slight blemish on the inside of the back of the neckline that a dry cleaner may be able to treat

As it is wool or a wool blend it is itchy

but I have not treated this and no longer have a dry cleaner in my town
