20's/30's Black Velvet Opera Coat1920s 1930s black velvet opera coat. Single fabric covered button closure right under the bust line and self tie closure on the inside. Ruching along sleeves and scarfcollar with tiny ruffled stripes. Medium weight and fully lined in a silky white rayon fabric. Absolutely gorgeous! No label attached. Very good vintage condition needs a professional cleaning has that slight vintage smell, but its not too bad. Measurements Bust: 40 Waist: 40 Hips: 44
