It's covered with black sequins attached to a very stretchy jersey knit. It features large bows on the shoulders that are enhanced with rhinestone centers. The union label in the top was used from 1974 95, which doesn't narrow it down a lot, and I wouldn't venture a guess as to it's exact age. Labeled size 8, but seems to run smaller, as vintage sizes usually do. We are
