60s Hand Made Felt Skirt and Matching TopThis beautiful set is in very good condition! I can see just under the waistband where the felt is starting to thin, you may opt to reinforce that from the inside. Was made by a lifelong home ec teacher who consigned many of her hand made items to me and is excited for them to go to new homes. Darn her 24 inch waist! (For me) Skirt Waist laid flat 12 inches Total length 26 inches Top Pit to pit 17 inches Total length 18 inches

This striking coat is in excellent condition

Waist laid flat 17 inches with stretch to 23

It does have some very light spots that I have not attempted to treat

In my opinion best fit a 33

True to size

I would hang it out to get sun and air and freshen it up

It has two spots at the waist but the pleating and print do a great job disguising them

but that is the only potential issue I can see

while the pants and a 10

will work best for a Petite 8 in my opinion

There is some minor fraying on some of the lace edges on the jacket

This gorgeous button front Robe is in excellent condition
