Shown here on a small and fits like a medium in my opinion
I am far from an expert in vintage bags and while I feel like this may be 30s or 40s I imagine it could also be from up to the 60s

it boasts a timeless design and excellent condition
This pretty dress is in excellent structural condition and made by a seamstress whom I have some fabulous pieces from

The fabric does not have stretch and while it fit me fine I could not put my arms over my head
