Tags are faded and I am hesitant to identify the fabric other than to say it is synthetic but light and airy

and a skirt
and is light and airy
The chunky buttons are the best feature in my opinion
Note that it buttons up the back
This head turning sunshine yellow dress is in excellent structural condition
There are no front clasps or closures
however the detachable train is due for a cleaning as it has some dirty places
