Tagged a 20 Tall and shown on a modern size 6. I'm 5 foot 4 and this is definitely a tall. Top Pit to pit 22 inches Total length 29. 5 Pants Waist laid flat 16 inches with stretch to 22 Hip 23 Rise 13. 5 Inseam 33

These heels are in great condition
The tee is tagged a large and the shoulder pads are removable
There is one tiny spot of flaking on the outer left side instep area but that is the only flaw I see
Fits like a 6/8
I hesitate to speculate on the fabric content as when it comes to 60s and earlier I am less familiar with fabrics
